Aaron K League City , TX July 22, 2019 Appliance: Model KENMORE PRO 790.41003604 Oven would repeatedly go into preheat mode after getting to temp resulting in annoying beeping Replaced the selector knob potentiometer: 1) Pull off selector knob 2) Remove 3 screws holding the knob trim piece and pull it off 3) Remove the nut on knob potentiometer 4) Open the door and remove 3 screws on the bottom of the control panel 5) Lift control panel then pull out (may need to wiggle a bit to dislodge the clips in the top corners) 6) (Optional) Disconnect the necessary wire bundles from the control board on the back of control panel to allow complete removal of the control panel. AS WELL 665.13963K010 DISH WASHER No error codes Kenmore dishwasher and gas oven First had a technician come out to help diagnose the issue. The dishwasher was not locked out but the panel lights did not work properly. He said he saw it before. Replacing the control panel takes about 15 minutes. I did the repair. The Kenmore stove dual fuel 790.79523604 issue was multiple beeping when reaching temp, as well dropping temp altogether. We duplicated the issue. He listed the parts but felt the control selector was probably the issue. I did the repair on it as well, for those people, not handy using a repair technician probably makes sense.
