Kevin W Yucca Valley , CA December 19, 2016 The control knob was orginal equipment but the switch installed by a sears tech was not and the knob eventually would not work the switch I went on your website found the parts needed to make the repairs. I watched the short video on installation. The parts arrived just a few days after I placed the order. I finished the repair in less than an hour and had to wait a few minutes to test the switch since the power was off and on due to a wind storm. Simple easy to do repair and I saved $90.00 on service fee for a tech to do the repair. The new switch was different, not an exact replacement. Labeling on new switch was different than the old one. The terminals were in different places. Molly C Whitehall , NY April 21, 2014 Range stove warmer burner would not shut off Installed new burner switch. Discovered that it takes a while for the warmer burner to turn off after the knob is off, unlike the other burners on the stove. Oh well. APP has excellent service and their prices beat the competition. I live in the boondocks, but received the part I needed in one day...amazing! Read More...
