Mary K Dublin , GA July 13, 2014 Appliance: Frigidaire Range FED365EQC Burner switch was not turning the burner off We cut the power, took the control panel off, got the burner switch number from the original part, and ordered a new one. We were a little worried at that point, because your website offered a "replacement" part, with a different number than the original. However, we put the model number into your double check feature and were assured that we were getting the right part. The part arrived in two days and frankly we were still worried, because the new part was slightly larger than the original.
