Description

This infinite switch controls heat output to an electric cooktop surface burner so you can adjust cooking temperature reliably. It replaces a faulty control that prevents proper burner power regulation. What it does:
  • Regulates voltage to a surface heating element for variable heat settings
  • Allows smooth adjustment from low to high burner temperatures
  • Common symptom: burner won't heat or only works on one setting
  • Common symptom: burner stays on at one temperature or won't respond to the knob
  • Works with the cooktop control knob to provide stepped/continuous heat control
