Margaret M West Newbury , MA July 28, 2020 One of the knobs on the top of the range would not shut off even when it was turned to the "off" position I got online and researched what might be the possible cause of that problem with my Frigidaire countertop range. This model is probably 15 years old, but I was able to locate what appeared to be the cause of my problem, a broken switch. I found Appliance Parts Pros online and was able to identify the part that I needed. I was also helped by a conversation with a young lady who helped me identify the exact part for my model range. I ordered the part and it arrived in less than a week. I watched how to replace the switch on YouTube videos and was able to perform the repair with very little difficulty.
