Description

This thermistor kit is the refrigerator temperature sensor assembly that monitors internal air temperature so the control can run the compressor and fans at the right times. Replaces a failed sensor to restore proper temperature sensing and cycling. What it does:

• Detects refrigerator/freezer compartment temperature and sends that signal to the control board
• Helps the control manage compressor and fan runtime for consistent cooling
• Commonly used when the fridge is not maintaining temperature or cycles erratically
• Works as the sensor portion of the evaporator/air-sensing circuit in compatible models

What's included: One thermistor kit (sensor assembly as supplied by the manufacturer). Install notes:
