I ordered a plate and support roller from you and it came within two days, unbelievable. My wife was very happy that now she could use her microwave again. The original plate broke. When it arrived I could not believe how well it was packed. You could have dropped it from the empire state bldg. in N Y and would not have broken. Put the new plate in. Removed the screws for the old vent cover and removed the broken pieces and installed the new vent cover.

Put it in the microwave

My mother had accidentally set our microwave to be on for 10 minutes (with nothing inside) versus just the timer while cooking dinner one evening, and then we had a small kitchen fire on our hands! Once the fire was put out, we saw that we needed to replace the plastic support ring and the glass turn table tray.
