My wife was very happy that now she could use her microwave again. The original plate broke. When it arrived I could not believe how well it was packed. My mother had accidentally set our microwave to be on for 10 minutes (with nothing inside) versus just the timer while cooking dinner one evening, and then we had a small kitchen fire on our hands! Once the fire was put out, we saw that we needed to replace the plastic support ring and the glass turn table tray. We were SO happy to find this website and easily order the replacement parts we needed using our microwave's make and model numbers. This microwave was an "open box" buy from a local provider that had obviously been cannabalized during it's store life. It was bought for my real estate listing that was under contract.
