Julia G Elyria , OH November 25, 2014 Appliance: Frigidaire Refrigerator FRS26H5ASB5 The second freezer shelf was impossible to place in the holes available for it when i purchased the side by side refrig/freezer eleven years ago i am just now realizing it was missing I bought a shelf but was unable to insert it. The shelf should have been added when the refrig was assembled. I called your company, spoke with Danielle and was given a 20% discount offer for all the part I needed to replace. The 20% discount from Frigidaire was much higher in price than parts ordered from AppliancePartsPros.com. I took my shelf to Home Depot and had an employee cut off a portion of one prong. I was then able to insert the shelf. I used a screwdriver to remove the plastic shelf inserts (which keep breaking) The breakage is the reason for the plastic drawers breaking because of falling when the support breaks.
