Shawn V Austin , TX January 19, 2020 Had two valves go bad, could not turn off burner. We have a Kenmore pro gas cooktop. Could not turn knobs to turn gas off or on. Basic investigation on YouTube & not wanting to spend $100 on service call had me fixing this issue in one day. A bit of diy knowledge and you can replace valves easy enough. The valves here were much cheaper than any local vendor and was shipped next day. 2 weeks was wait time for local places.
