He discovered the problem but couldn't get the part for two days and spent more time telling me all the other things that could go wrong. Paid him his visit fee and sent him on. Found the part on Appliance Parts Pro. Confirmed my part selection via online chat and ordered it. Actually had it next day even though I chose standard shipping.
