Paul M Antrim , NH December 23, 2016 Appliance: General Electric Washer WHDRR418G2WW Washer tub assembly sagged with severe usage of our large family motor rubbing against frame and stalling Installed GE # WH49X20925 Rod Support Sub-Frame, a factory specified upgrade. As a Design Engineer I would categorize this "fix" as an "Engineering Correction" a.k.a. a classic designer "screw-up". The Appliance Chassis was collapsing and required significant straightening before we could even begin the new perimeter frame install. Shame on GE! Otherwise a fine Family Unit being well abused.
