Glen H Waukegan , IL October 07, 2025 Appliance: Model GNE25JSKNFSS The spring on the ge articulating mullion assembly broke on our ge refrigerator model gne25jsknfss so the flap would close properly Removed the old Articulating Mullion Assembly (part number WR17X25027) by removing two screws, sliding the assembly up and disconnecting the wires (plug). David P University Pl , WA December 02, 2025 Spring broke and while removing the mullion i fell back and tore the wiring off I used my phone intending getting a picture of model # but it popped up the QR code link which to took me to the GE parts site. I looked through 'till I found the part # when I saw the price I started searching. Which of course took me to Amazon where the part number for the mullion would show me the spring I could have purchased had not my aging body lost its balance and ripped the wiring from the mullion luckily instead of the door. Once I found the mullion for less money than any where else on AppliancePartsPros. Com the purchase was easy peazy and promptly delivered. Installing was easy part works great fit perfectly.
