Description

This hood damper assembly replaces the vent flap that opens and closes to let exhaust air exit your range hood or over-the-range vent. It restores proper airflow control and helps prevent backdrafts when the hood is off. What it does:

• Opens to allow exhaust airflow during venting and closes to block outside air when not in use
• Prevents backdrafts and reduces drafts from entering the kitchen through the hood vent
