Description

This is a GE refrigerator right drawer slide rail. The drawer slide rail makes opening the refrigerator drawers easier by providing them a track to slide on. If the drawers on the refrigerator have gotten hard to open or are jammed, the problem is most likely with the slide rails. These parts can become damaged over time from general wear or overuse. Any heavy impacts could also bend or warp these rails, warranting the need for a replacement. Do not attempt to bend the drawers to fit the rails, as this may cause further damage. To install the new slide rail, make sure the old one is removed, and the holes for the screws are clear. The new part should come with new fastening screws. Line the rails up with the corresponding holes and insert the screws one by one. Insert the second slide piece onto the drawer with the appropriate screws for this piece.
