Description

This auger helix is the spiral ice-moving component used in refrigerator ice dispensers. It helps deliver ice from the bin to the dispenser chute so you get consistent ice flow when the dispenser motor turns. What it does:

• Transports ice from the bin toward the dispenser chute as the auger turns
• Helps clear and move jam-prone ice that can block the dispenser
• Used when ice does not advance or falls intermittently from the dispenser
