Description

This auger motor powers the ice-dispenser auger, turning stored ice toward the dispenser chute so cubes or crushed ice reach the door. Replaces a failed dispenser-drive motor to restore normal ice delivery from the bin. What it does:

• Rotates the auger shaft inside the ice bin to feed ice to the dispenser
• Commonly used when the dispenser motor hums, clicks, or won't turn and no ice dispenses
• Also addresses intermittent or weak dispensing caused by a seized or worn motor
• Works with the dispenser control and actuator to deliver cubes or crushed ice
