Gerald L Fort Worth , TX May 31, 2016 Appliance: Model 2784018810 Bake element was broken I turned off the oven at the breaker box. I waited until the element had cooled down and then used a nut driver to remove two screws that hold the element plate to the oven wall. The element can then be pulled out slightly to expose the push on electrical connections. I disconnected the wires leading to the element. I kept the wires from retreating into the back of the oven by securing them with a clothespin each. I then called AppliancepartsPros.com to have them help me choose the correct bake element. I was luck to know the model # of my oven and the trained rep for AppliancePartsPros.com informed me of which bake element I needed. I placed the order and in 2 days the correct element was received. The installation of the new bake element was the reverse of the procedure outlined above. Easy! Works great. Thanks to AppliancePartsPros.com.
