After cleaning the interior, shelving, and drawers, I moved on the exterior. While cleaning the evaporator coils / etc. with the vacuum, my elbow stuck the cover panel of the main control board. Sparks flew as the metal cover shorted some components to ground. AppliancePartsPros help me find the correct replacement main control board on a weekend, shipped it on Monday and the refrigerator was back in operation by Wednesday afternoon.
