Scott D Norman , OK August 17, 2014 My "over the range" microwave was missing a mounting bolt I got on line and researched my appliance model number and part and ordered the mounting bolt-flat from AppliancePartsPros on line at approx. 4 pm CDT. I specified regular mail during check out and received the part the next day at approx. 1 pm CDT. LESS THAN 24 HOURS. That is unheard of. I couldn't believe I received the part so quickly.
