Description

This boot auger motor drives the auger inside the ice dispenser boot to move ice from the bin to the dispenser chute. Replaces a failed motor to restore normal ice dispensing and reduce jams. What it does:

• Rotates the auger inside the dispenser boot to push ice forward for dispensing
• Helps prevent ice buildup by moving packed cubes during dispense cycles
• Stops working when motor windings or gears fail, causing no ice to dispense or intermittent dispensing
• Works with the dispenser drive and auger assembly to transfer ice from the bin to the chute
