Ge WR17X23191 Refrigerator Bucket And Auger Assembly OEM Part

I ordered one but it was the wrong one and was too big so I had to send it back. I called the technician told me which one was the right one and I ordered it. It fit perfectly and I received the credit on the 1st one very quickly after they received it. This experience was very pleasant and I would use them again.

Bought a new one

Bought the augur and ice tray from you, washed it, plugged it in and it now dispenses ice.

I first tried ordering a new ice auger from AppliancePartsPros.com. The ordering was easy and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I also got my part in only 3 days. Very prompt. They even had a very easy-to-follow video that took you through the process from start to finish. Very helpful. Unfortunately, the new auger part I ordered was 1/4 inch too long and did not match the specs of the old auger. Therefore it would not fit and bound up the icemaker bucket. I called the Appliance Pros helpline and they said they would send me a new part without charge and I could try it again. I agreed. The new part came and it too was too long and would not fit properly. I called the helpline again and they told me they would refund my money and to just keep the bad parts and throw them away. I then ordered a whole new ice bucket container with an auger already installed. It came and fit perfectly. I just slid out the old ice bucket and replaced it with the new one. AppliancePartsPros.com refunded my money for the augers that didn't fit and I now have a functioning ice maker again. AppliancePartsPros.com was easy to work with and took care of my issues without question. I was not happy about the parts not fitting but at least they took care of the issues and were easy to work with and quick with delivery. I would do business with them again.

Spoke with a very knowledgable young man and decided to replace the entire ice bin with auger already installed and new blades for the crusher already included also" . Arrived in two days, was inserted in freezer and had ice cubes in an hour.
