Florence M New Rochelle , NY July 25, 2016 One of the burner grates was missing We needed to replace the grate which was a simple matter once we had the grate in hand: you just place it on the pan; no nuts, bolts or tools needed. The difficult part, before we located Appliance Parts Pros on line was that we didn't know what the part was called nor how to locate it. We googled the question for the name of the part, then went to the Hotpoint website and put in the number of our stove. This didn't produce any positive results. However, when we went to this site, our question was answered and we were given the part number of the grate which is made by GE and fits many of their other brands such as Hotpoint. This was wonderful to my sister and me because we didn't know where to buy the part. We ordered it and it arrived the very next day!
