After a google search, learned it could be the waveguide was stained/burned, and that replacement should be easy. A google search for GE parts brought up your website. Your website made it easy to find the parts I needed. I put in my model number and found the waveguide. Your website also recommended I’d need the pins to attach the new guide, which I ordered from the link you provided as well. The parts arrived quickly, and were easy to install.
