The holding pins of the end caps were broken off so the front rail did not stay in place.These new end caps were the answer for the fix. I took out the 2 door retaining bars by just lifting up on both side end caps. Pulled off the broken end caps, and attached the new ones onto the front retaining bars, then slid them down onto the holders at each side of the shelves. Now items can be placed on the shelves, and the items will be securely kept from falling forward off the shelves. However, I have been wondering about the reason for each side end cap having a different price. They both are made the same but just in reverse. One for the right side and one for the left side.
