Karen N Cincinnati , OH April 25, 2020 My dishwasher was not heating even though I replaced the heating element. I replaced the flood switch assembly (thermistor unit). I, also, replaced some of the dish rack parts. It works perfectly now and my silverware does not fail through the bottom of the basket. The video was of great assistance. Read More... Lois R Slingerlands , NY August 23, 2026 The tines (prongs) on the lower shelf of my dishwasher kept changing position and would not stay upright the dishes were falling down on top of one another I did a search on the issue and found there were only three parts really involved with this. I replaced the strip on the side of the rack that controls the angle of the tines, one of the row of tines that stands up to hold the dishes, and several of the clips on the bottom of the rack that hold the two rows of tines together Read More...
