Description

This cold-water inlet valve controls the flow of cold water into your washing machine during fill. Replacing a sticking or leaking valve restores proper fill performance, temperature selection, and helps prevent unwanted water flow. What it does:

• Opens and closes to regulate cold-water flow during fill and rinse cycles
• Works with the control to deliver correct temperature and water level
• Common symptoms of a failing valve: no/slow cold fill, temperature errors, water trickling or not shutting off, or leaks from the valve body
• May trigger fill-related error codes when restricted or stuck

Install notes:
