Check the web for parts manual. Got the control panel and control PC board part numbers. Checked the web for part suppliers. Many found but most were " you buy it, it does not work, it is yours. Your website prompted me to call any asked about your return policy. Your rep was very knowledgeable and suggest how best to fix my problem. I ordered the control panel and received the part in 3 days, sooner than promised. I replaced the panel the next day using the YouTube advise. Saved myself about $300. I am a happy customer. David J Castle Pines , CO February 09, 2015 Appliance: General Electric Microwave HVM1750DP1CC Some of the numbers on the touch pad didn't work GE Spacemaker OTC Microwave (3rd one in 14 years) When the #5 on the touch pad quit working, I thought that I could live with that. After about 3 weeks several of the other numbers quit working. I tried unplugging the unit and plugging back in hoping for a reset, but that didn't help (could not set the clock). After doing some online research, I concluded the problem was either dirty connections on the connector ribbon of the touch pad part of the control panel or the touch pad itself. Cleaning the connection resulted in no change, so I ordered the control panel. The control panel was in stock and was delivered in short order.
