The control panels on them seem to fail quite often and we order these panel assemblies for replacement. He kindly showed us how to remove it (it was kind of a pain) and suggested a replacement would be cheaper than buying a whole new microwave. I had pit off doing it for months fearing it'd be a complete headache.
