Jack M Nyc , NY July 17, 2014 Keypad stopped working Replaced the whole right side panel. take 3 screws from the top and slide the grille to your left. then remove one more screw for the panel. push it up, disconnect the wires then reconnect to the new panel. this panel was about $150 and the original cost of the moven about $300. Most likely not worth fixing but it was much easier than replacing the whole unit. These companies make the units so cheap it's crazy. Probably costs them $25 to manufacture, too.
