Dan J Santa Clarita , CA March 27, 2017 Certain keypad functions wouldn't work I removed the main cover of the microwave with a Phillips head screwdriver . I then took pictures of the control board wiring plugs that were attached to the keypad. Then I removed the keypad that had the control board attached . I then transferred the control board over to the new keypad and reassembled everything . I plugged it in and all the functions on the keypad worked.
