Description

This is the temperature control thermostat for a refrigerator. It senses compartment temperature and opens/closes the circuit to the compressor and fans, maintaining your set temperature and helping correct cooling that's too warm, too cold, or inconsistent. What it does

• Monitors compartment temperature and cycles cooling on and off to hold the selected setting
• Restores proper cycling when a unit runs constantly or will not turn on
• Common symptoms include temperatures not responding to dial changes, food freezing in fresh food section, or no "click" at the Off position
