Lena L Staten Island , NY March 03, 2016 Appliance: Model WPGT9350COWW I have a ge profile harmony washer with the digital panel message appeared indicating broken clutch coupling We ordered the part from appliance parts pro. We DID NOT have to remove the panels of the machine nor take out the tub. We simply laid it it on it's side (not the back because of the panel on the back/top portion of the washer). We had to remove one nut....though it was hard, we used a hammer to nudge it. I believe there was three other screws that had to get removed. The key is to remember exactly how the original/ broken coupling was positioned and insert the new coupling the SAME way.
