Joseph H Ellicott City , MD December 14, 2014 Appliance: General Electric Refrigerator GSH25JFXJBB Auger motor cover and glide rail for ice bucket were cracked The correct parts were delivered very quickly and the parts fit perfectly. I has some trouble getting the auger fork off the drive motor. I eventually got the fork off using penetrating oil and using locking pliers on the shaft while unscrewing the fork (which has reverse threads).
