This cover switch detects the door/cover position and completes the circuit for associated controls or lights, restoring proper electrical signaling and operation. Designed as a direct replacement to return reliable door-sensing performance. What it does:

• Acts as a door/cover position sensor that opens or closes the circuit when the door is opened or closed
• Restores interior lights, dispenser activation, or control logic that relies on door status
