James G Delafield , WI October 19, 2014 Damper assembly was constantly running Replaced unit. You need to know that the touch pad needs to come out to make repair. One screw and two tabs on bottom. Mechanical connection on damper unit has a tab that connects assembly to damper unit. This needed to be bent up to remove old part.
