Description

This damper assembly controls the oven vent airflow to help maintain proper cooking temperatures and vent steam. It replaces a worn or stuck vent flap so the oven can vent normally and retain heat as designed. What it does:

• Opens and closes the oven vent to regulate exhaust airflow during heating and cooling
• Prevents continuous heat loss when closed and allows steam/smoke to escape when open
