Michael G Wareham , MA October 01, 2019 Cover detergent cup would not close or stay closed Although I ordered the latch, lever and a new cup and replace the original pieces the dispenser still did not close. On further inspection it turned out to be a small spring that had fallen out of place. Once the spring was reconnected the dispensing cover worked fine. I'm still happy that I replaced the entire assembly with new parts regardless. Discovering the loose spring took the most time. I did not know what was missing but the parts list on your website clearly showed what parts I needed. I ordered the missing parts, reviewed the video, and had little trouble in installing the new parts. In about an hour the total repair was completed.
