Grace S Rushville , IL December 13, 2014 Appliance: General Electric Washer WCXR1070TAWW Knob was broke off and only a screw like thing was visible to turn for witch wash cycle you wanted I didn't. Jeff, my guy did within a couple of minutes. I believe he put the knob into the marker disc and then put the clip at the base. He had to get the old clip off, then he attached the new set of parts he had put together. I popped out the old knob and back plate to reveal the teeth on the knob after 20 years of turning were too worn to work.
