Description

This door foam assembly provides the insulated filler that sits inside the refrigerator/freezer door to help maintain internal temperatures and support the inner door panel. Replaces damaged or deteriorated door insulation for improved performance. What it does

• Replaces torn, crushed, or water-damaged insulation inside the door cavity
• Helps restore proper thermal resistance so the appliance holds temperature more consistently
• Reduces condensation and frost build-up associated with compromised door foam
• Provides internal support for the inner door panel and trim

Install notes

• Disconnect power to the appliance before starting any service
• Remove the inner door panel or liner to access the foam cavity; handle panels and clips carefully
• Fit the foam into the door cavity and re-secure the inner panel and any retainer clips or screws
• If door gasket or trim is damaged or the panel is warped, inspect and replace those parts as needed for a proper seal
