Washer door frame cracked at top hinge

Relaced door frame, glass and hinge leaf. Called home owners insurance, they sent repairman out, he looked at it and took pictures, the called insurance company. They said it wasn't covered, had to pay repairman $100 for nothing. I looked up and ordered the replacement parts for my GE washer. Just looked at diagram on AppliancePartsPros.COM.
