Pasmore B Hugoton , KS November 25, 2015 Appliance: Model GE ZISS 480 DMCS Freezer door not sealing I called appliance pros and said the seal was not working they advised me to double check for kinks but I had installed several seals and I knew that that was not the problem. I checked the clearances and discovers that the door was improperly installed. I made several calls for a maintenance manual and everyone tried to get me one. They didn't have the manual that covered the model that was needed but they tried as hard as they could. I finally backed off the top hinge bolts and secured a good door seal. Appliance Pros did everything that they could to support me and I was very happy with their efforts. The door had been improperly installed when it was installed in 2003 a $ 6,000 refrigerator.
