Started looking into it and found a thread saying the control board also needs to be replaced. Ordered both from here and now it’s working perfectly!! I wasn't confident I could replace the control board myself, so I paid $129 for an appliance repair center to tell me it would be $1000 for him to fix it. That was more than I paid for the whole washer. So I ordered the parts myself and youtube and I changed it with no problems!
