Jeffrey A T Carmel , NY December 08, 2017 Ferret chewed through soft pump drain hose inside bottom of washer. It’s a full size stackable washer and dryer, in order to get at part you need to take the dryer off the washer. I just had a hip replacement 2 days before so I’m useless except for advice. Called my son to come over ( thank god he could) he couldn’t lift it off alone but I told him how to do it by just sliding the top of washer back 10 inches with the dryer on it and didn’t have to take it off ! Then he could get at all the screws to remove washer front ( it’s a front loader) that done he could get at the hose and remove it, I went on line and ordered the hose on the chat board with a very great young lady. She double checked my model # to the part to make sure it was correct, set up the purchase for next day delivery, it arrived my son installed it works great, very happy ferret didn’t chew thru a wire and get killed.
