First time was for dishwasher part and this time for burner. Talked with service rep when unsure if part was the right one based on model number of range and she was helpful in assisting me in ordering right part. Arrived in 2 days and took my husband about 15 minutes to install. All he needed was a screwdriver. The same burner went bad 5 years ago and it cost over $450 for part and repair man.
