Wallace R New Bern , NC February 07, 2015 Appliance: Model KENMORE 911.4552092 Oven failed on sunday repaired on tuesday The lower element in my Kenmore oven was shot.........found out the hard way after our Sunday meatloaf didn't cook through and through??? Found existing lower element defective. Researched and order replacement on Sunday evening. Our replacement arrived on Tuesday.......really fast. Also ordered a chromed plastic replacement cap that broke several years ago. Still awaiting the replacement cap which is only cosmetic. This was disclosed "not in stock" when I ordered.
