Steven S West Plains , MO June 09, 2016 Appliance: General Electric Room Air Conditioner AEW25DMH1 Broken condensor coil fan blade on ge air conditioner I removed unit from case, removed upper cover, removed condenser coil mounting screws and moved the condenser coil back to allow access to the fan blade. I then used a ratchet and socket to remove the nut that secures the fan blade to the motor shaft and removed the broken fan blade. I installed the replacement fan blade and secured it with the original nut and washer. I put the condenser back in the correct position and secured it with the 6 original screws that hold it in place. I reattached the top cover of the unit and reinstalled the unit in the case.
