Doug C Staunton , VA February 18, 2015 Appliance: Model JKP 13 BOD 1BB The convection fan on my ge profile convection wall oven burned out The motor hummed but the fan didn't turn. Clearly the brushes were burned out. I ordered a new fan, although I had to talk to a human at ApplianceParts because my model was not listed. The part was a perfect fit. The only problem is determining how to remove the over to reach the back, no instructions anywhere online. But trial and error eventually worked. You absolutely need a nut-driver that fits the hex head screws on the oven to remove panels covering the motor, but a cheap screwdriver with multiple heads used without the heads may work.
