Description

This dishwasher fine filter sits beneath the lower spray arm and screens food particles before water is recirculated. Replacing a torn, warped, or clogged screen helps maintain cleaning performance and protects the circulation pump and spray system from debris. What it does:

• Screens fine food soils in the sump to help prevent recirculation during wash and rinse
• Helps protect the circulation pump and spray arms from debris
• Helps if dishes have gritty residue or soil redeposit after cycles
• Helps if the existing filter is torn, warped, or missing

Install notes:

• Disconnect power at the breaker before servicing
• Remove the lower rack; remove the lower spray arm if required for access
• Rotate and lift out the old fine filter; clear any debris from the sump
• Seat the new filter flat and rotate to lock; reinstall any ultrafine filter
