Marlisa H Conyers , GA May 09, 2014 Appliance: General Electric Refrigerator PFSS6PKXASS "clip" was broken on the flip panel cover Remove old flip panel. Carefully pop out the "flip panel window" from the old unit (I didn't realize I needed to order a new flip panel window with the new flip panel...good thing my old flip panel window was in good condition). Set the old flip panel window aside (the flip panel is more pliable without the window). Insert the new flip panel (without the flip panel window). Once in place carefully snap the "old flip panel window" in place. No tools were needed to install the new flip panel/window. Vicki D Agoura Hills , CA August 24, 2014 Appliance: General Electric Refrigerator PFSS6PKWBSS I broke a pin on the flip cover panel I read about a prior customer's experience suggesting to insert frame before changing out the plastic window this part does not come with. My window was in good condition and it saved me a few bucks not to order the entire assembly. It was more pliable without window in and the window snapped back in beautifully once frame was in. It didn't take more than 10 minutes to complete. Super easy and super satisfied with entire purchase and repair solution. Drawer is back to normal!
