Description

This float dome sits in the dishwasher's float well and rises with the water level to trigger the float switch and stop filling. Replace a cracked or missing dome to restore reliable water-level control and overfill protection.

• Moves up and down with the water level to actuate the overfill/flood switch
• Helps prevent overfilling by signaling the inlet valve to shut off at the correct level
• Guides and shields the float mechanism from dishes and debris
• Common symptoms: broken or missing dome, float sticking, dishwasher won't fill or keeps filling

What's included: 1 float dome Install notes:

• Disconnect power and turn off water supply before servicing
• Remove the lower rack to access the float area on the tub floor
• Lift straight up or twist to remove the old dome; clear any mineral/debris from the float well
• Seat the new dome and run a brief fill test
